Meet Chef Matt

Born and raised in the vibrant melting pot of Washington, D.C. and Silver Spring, Maryland, Chef Matt's culinary journey began early. Surrounded by diverse cultures and their delicious cuisines, his childhood palate was captivated by the bold flavors of Peruvian dishes, the succulent sweetness of crab, and the comforting richness of a classic Reuben sandwich.


This early passion led him into the world of food at just 15 years old, starting his career at a renowned crab house in Maryland. His culinary talents continued to flourish, culminating in the successful ownership of a highly acclaimed Peruvian restaurant in East Sacramento. Throughout his career, Chef Matt has remained dedicated to crafting exceptional dishes with the finest ingredients and creating unforgettable dining experiences for every guest.
